Invoicing and refunds

We apologize for the difficulties.

I see from your record that you have multiple subscriptions of AVG, I have sent you an email with the detailed information on your subscriptions and refund eligibility. Please reply to that email with the requested information to proceed further.

you are charging me twice for  Internet Security (Multi Device)  and 1 single Internet Security. 

I have been trying to contact you for many  months and am quite frankly not impressed. You have hung up on me when I have called.

I cleared the duplicate accounts 4 years ago but you are STILL CHARGING ME 3 times FOR THE SAME PRODUCT…
 I now insist you refund me the duplicate costs.  If I unsubscribe these subscriptions will you refund me the cost? It is impossible to contact anyone at AVG
