I am unable to activate my AVG vpn on my iPhone and iPad using the activation code because: Due to changes in the App Store Review Guidelines, it is not possible to activate AVG Secure VPN for iOS with an activation code in app. So I have to activate through an AVG customer account using the same email as used to purchase the subscription however because I purchased the subscription through GroupOn that does not work. I have an account using the email manoj@mdevani.com but it does not show any AVG subscriptions. I was told by AVG support that someone from your specialist mobile phone support had been informed to escalate this case to resolve the matter. However I am not convinced that you will be able to resolve this anytime soon and am very disappointed and surprised that no one has been able to convince me to have any confidence in your company. I have now decided that I do not wish to continue dealing with such an unprofessional and irresponsible company. So I will be resorting to alternative ways to resolve this situation and starting a campaign to expose how I have been treated by AVG so all prospective customers do not fall for this scam.
