IRP hooks i found these earlier via AVG free edition but they keep coming back and they are eaglex64.sys, neither hitman pro or mal ware bites picks them up only AVG

Malewarebytes Free does not scan for rootkits by default. Have you selected that option under Settings /  Detection and Protection?

Here's a thread on the old AVG forum about an IRP Hook detection - however I would not rename the file unless someone at AVG recommends it after seeing your GMER results. If you are in a hurry, see the "replace" link in this thread:

i can not seem to get rid of the irp hooks being detected by AVG free edition, mal-ware bties done pick them up only avg does
