Hello Cyril,
We can certainly take a look into this. May I know what exactly happens when you try to use CAD software? Is there any error message/detection pop ups appear from AVG?
If yes, then please share a screenshot of the message to proceed further. I also request you to check if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Regards,
Alok.
I have a problem with my 3d Software. AVG has let me operate for about 1 month then my Cad Software which uses quite a bit of memory stopped responding. nothing has changed as far as operating programs and software … I simply cannot get my work done for clients.
I had a similar prioblem with AVAST software antivirus, and as soon as i unninstalled it everything worked smoothly. Thats why I now have AGV as it seemed to let my CAD software work without killing off my CAD capability.
I now seem to have come full circle again.!!
There must be an overide to this … or im going to have to come off line and unninstall all antivirus software completely.
Shame
Kind regards
Cyril
