Is anything in AVG blocking access to my bank account?

I was not able to continue the chat last night because I didn't know how to provide you with a screenshot of the Verification Code request I received from Truist.  I wonder if the fact that I have a laptop on my network running Windows 11, not Windows 10 which I have on my desk top.  I'm not able to add Windows 11 to my Remebered Devices on the laptop and don't know whether that makes any difference or not.  Should I revert back to Windows 10 on my laptop?  Would that help?

I can not access my bank account without furnishing a verification every time I try to log into my bank account.
