Let us temporarily disable the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security & check if any of the shields are causing this issue.
Refer to this article to temporarily disable the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security.
Also, you can disable/turn off your AVG Secure VPN & check for the issue.

Since my computer upgrade, I can no longer access videos on my Ring Doorbell.  I have had an electrician check to ensure that all connections are working, reinstalled the doorbell and identified there is enough power to both doorbells.  Has anyone else had a problem with this?
