error

Hi Hariharkumar!
I just found out that it was the AVG Do Not Track addon for Firefox that was blocking the sites. I can access them normally with it disabled. For security reasons, I'm going to turn it off only when I need to access those sites, and turn it back on when I don't. Still, if I find any further problems, I'm going to follow your solution.
Thanks for your quick reply!

Hi Sylvain and Sisu,

Sorry for the trouble. Make sure that you have latest version of AVG 2017 (17.9.3040) installed on your device. We request you to disable your AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security temporarily and check with the issue. Have you added those sites to the exception list?

1. To disable AVG, right click on AVG icon on system tray next to clock. You will get an option to turn your protection On/ Off .
2. To check the version of AVG, open AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security -> Menu  at the top right -> About -> you will have its version in detail.
3. To add those sites into Exception list,  open AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> General -> Exceptions -> add the URL's.

We are here if you  need further help. Thank you!
