Is AVG Firewall preventing me to play?

Hi Balasubramanian,

I dit not have to contact the AVG's technical service. 

I rebooted my modem to factory setting and it fixed it all.

Just if someone wonder how to fix the issue or if you have to assist an angry customer on that matter.

Hi,

I tried to install Battlenet (Blizzard) and I installed Origin (EA games).

Battlenet encounter the following error (BLZBNTBTS00000028 : BLZBNTBTS00000028 - Blizzard Support)
Origin's games do not work, neither does the chat, which can't connect.

Both these issues are said to be linked to firewalls and antivirus. I went to the settings of AVG and established manuals "Cypercaptures" exclusions and rebooted but it did not worked. Same problems remain.

I noticed that a lot of things were automatically blocked in the firewall ("packet rules"), especially a lot of "58" ports. But you can't change them.

Could someone suggests or help ?
Is AVG really the issue ?

If the issue doesn't get resolved after disabling AVG then the issue isn't due to AVG.
However, we will provide additional support to give assurance that the issue isn't due to AVG.

If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
