Hi - I have AVG Internet Security. I have been unable to receive emails from a specific sender for last couple of days (previously receiving them OK). Have checked that the sender is not blocked by my email provider. My AVG has Email Shield scanning inbound emails. Could it be blocking this sender? How can I find out? If so how can I stop it doing so? Thanks. PS please keep advice simple as I am in new territory!
