I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use AVG Safe Surf. I see from your record that your case has already been escalated to the senior team, they will soon contact you through email with a solution. I suggest you to wait for the email from the senior team.
I have been in touch with SVG Support (via Chat Line) for a few days now and nobody can seem to tell me what my problem is. I am still using AVG SafeSurf but can no longer log on using the installed client. I am made to understand that there was an email sent out earlier to migrate away from SafeSurf, but I confirmed that I did not notice it (which explains why I am still using SafeSurf). My subscription is stil valid until Q3 2018, so that should not be an issue. But with each day of not being able to use my VPN product, I feel being "cheated".
Can somebody help me out?
