Is AVG up-to-date?

Thank you for the commitment you have provided. Unfortunately, your colleagues can not solve the problem. I have had contact twice with the AVG Remote Service Web site. The second time I was told that if pop-ups are not harmful to my computer, the program does not get deleted. The relevant helpdesk  assistent was friendly to and took his time to help me. But I'm not happy about his knowledge of the issue.
I finally found the mallware via MallwareBytes Anti-mallware. I had three harmful programs on my PC that are not detected by AVG. see picture…

AVG is adequately equipped to detect malware sufficient?

Could you please let us know the name and version of the AVG program you have installed in your pc? also could you please confirm us how did you found out it is a malware? so that we are happy to assist you better. We request you to update your AVG on regular basis to get the issue fixed. Upon carefully reviewing the remote session, I see that our remote technician was running a tool to remove the virus, but the session got disconnected.
