I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g and recently ran a free scan using AVG for Android. I was alerted that first SAMSUNG CORE SERVICES was infected with malware then after my factory reset it stated that SAMSUNG CLOUD was. I can't disable either app/ program because it's light Grey and I'm unable to. During my factory reset I did re-upload some backed up data, apps, photos. My paid Malwarebytes app detects no malware on my device. I was alerted by both AVG and Nortons free version that I had it. What do you recommend I do next? Thank you!
