Is my order not finished?

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have successfully renewed AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) license on 19th January 2018 but the attempt for auto renewal of your AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) license is in progress now.
You should have received the notice for the auto renewal of your AVG PC TuneUp license.
If you get message that the order couldn't be processed then please check with the bank and inquire the reason for failure of payment for AVG.
Regarding activation of AVG Internet Security using renewed license, open Internet Security dashboard and click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions"
If you have "remove license" option, click on it and then click on "Enter new license" option.
Enter the renewed license number and complete the activation.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hello there !
Yesterday i paid a new renewal AVG internet security for one year with outdate 02/03/2019. The instuctions tell me to reactivate the product but in my AVG folder that link dosn`t exist.  Instead i got in to subskription and wrote my new license number.  But now i got a several message that my order is not finished ?  The money (SEK. 469:-)  is taken from my account in my bank. The confirm of the order was sent to my other email:  (email address removed)   (license number removed).    i SHOULD BE GLAD IF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH THIS ! // Björn
