Is my subscription current?

Thank you for reaching us here with your concerns. I see that you have an active license for AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer). To confirm you have successfully installed and activated it, follow the steps below.

1. Double click AVG Internet Security icon on your desktop to open it.
2. Check "You are protected" message is displayed on main interface and all the components are active.
3. Then click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
4. Verify the expiry date is showing correct information.

If yes, you can be assured that AVG protection is active on your PC. You can also disable ad pop ups for other AVG programs in AVG settings.

Click on Menu->Settings->General->PopUps. Uncheck "Show offer pop ups for other AVG products". Click OK to save the settings.

I have a receipt that I renewed my Anti-virus on 12-1-2017 (invoice # 3502615391) , how can I verify that it's installed properly and is up to date?  I get popup messages from AVG telling me I am out of date or expired-mostly for stuff I didn't pay for, but I can't confirm that what I paid for IS working…
