Is sold in spain. but we do not speak spanish

WHY DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS IN SPAIN, IF YOU CAN NOT SOPOTE IN SPANISH?
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN SELL YOUR PRODUCT IN SPAIN AND DO NOT HAVE 1 EMPLOYEE TO HELP ME IN MY LANGUAGE.
IT DOES NOT SEEM ME JUST. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY MONEY.
