Is there a 64 bit version of AVG free?

So I tried to install the 64 bit install but it still shows as 32bit in the task manager…

Georges, The on-line install file covers both 32 & 64 bit installations whilst there are separate off-line install files (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/download.prd-gsr-free).

And does it make a difference if there isn't while operating on a 64 bit machine? Thanks

Georges, All drivers and processes that scans your computer are 64 bit x64 files, only UI and some non essential parts are 32 bit x86 files.

Ok so the file I downloaded from the main site is something called "AVG Protection free" and it's version 1606. That's different then the links you put up?
