Is there an AVG performance (Clean up) download available for mac 10.7?

We do have AVG Cleaner for Mac but the app is compatible with Mac OS 10.8 and later versions only.

I'm having issues running through each forums finding no information on the apple site forum and finding no solutions based on the recent tech call I had. I need to tune up my mac due to the late cloud infrastructures it has had in the past two years. I'm running a stationary mac desktop 10.7 Grey Xion intel dual core based mac. Runs and works fine with free space but may need to be running on a tune up option before spooling new portfolio video, graphic design and audio music production files. Does AVG have an option for the Mac running on OS Lion 10.7?
