Hello Bill,
We regret for the inconvenience. Could you please provide us with the screenshot of the error message you have received while deleting the vault so that we could analyze the issue more better. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot to create the screenshot.
I added a hard drive (E) awhile back which had been the C drive before I got a bigger drive for the C and cloned it from what is now my E drive. PROBLEM - AVG is saving all that it catches into the vault folder left behind on the old C - now E drive instead of the one on the new C drive - and I can neither delete nor move the E drive virus folder.
I know I could format the drive but there are quite a few things I want to keep and moving - moving back seems a hassle. Is there an easy way to change where AVG files the virus files?
