Is this actually a virus attack, an advert from AVG and how do I stop it

I'm having this exact same problem. I've had a hunch for a couple of weeks that I had a virus as my PC was behaving oddly & running very slowly but my previous antivirus wasn't picking up anything whereas AVG most certainly is.  I'm currently using the free 30 day trial of AVG. Any advice would be most welcome! Thanks.

I keep receiving these warnings from AVG - 5 or six times in an evening


I haven't visited this page so don't know why I'm getting the message.  Although the message says all items were resolved they don't appear in the virus vault so I can't delete them and if I click on the more information button it takes me to an avg page inviting me to upgrade to avg premium telling me about Susphdo.H and the dangers of it.   My question is, has anyone else experienced this, is it an real virus and if so how do I remove it.  Please help, I don't understand and don't know how to stop the messages.  Thanks in advance
