But why?, isn't it better to have it ticked so it scans for tracking cookies?
Alan, thanks very much for your answer. I have a question, according to this avg site What Is a Computer Virus? | Definition & Types of Viruses (linked when the virus was found) it says that is a potential threat but according to the link you provided me it says "Tracking cookies are not viruses or malicious code."
So, is a potential threat or not? Thanks for your answer

Hi everyone, a couple days ago I scanned my pc using avg premium 2015 and found 2 virus or malware, these were
Tracking Cookie Atdmt and Tracking Cookie Serving-sys
those were deleted but today I scanned again and found Tracking Cookie Serving-sys , I don't visit unkown websites or download untrusted softwares, everything I do is watch youtube, facebook, download steam games.
Please, is this malware dangerous for my security? why it keeps showing again if I already deleted?
Thanks for the answer!

Marco, Quote "why would I want to untick the option for scanning tracking cookies?"… That just happens to be the recommended default setting within AVG.
