Issue after installing and running refresh

I ran AVG PC Tuner and and all my applications were removed including my QuickBooks. AVG only notified me certain applications that were outdated to be removed ie my PC Acer related. Even my microsoft office outlook email were removed.
How do I recover all my important applications that were removed prior to the Refresh AVG PC Tuner?
