Hello, I tried and I even uninstalled it with your kit, but also without your antivirus there is no audio anymore in my pc. Furthermore after your update my pc got really really slow! Can you suggest me other things to do, I really need my pc these days and I cannot reset it to default settings!
Thank you in advance.

Hi I have the same problem. Please help me! I'm getting frustrated.

Hello Charmaine. Sorry to hear about that. I would request you to go to virus vault and check if there is any drivers related to your audio service. If you see any, I would request you to restore them. You can restore files from virus vault as described in this article http://avgclick.me/RestoreVault . Thank you.

Hi Ferdinando, sorry to know that. I have sent you an email. Please follow the email instructions to get this issue resolved. Thanks.

Hi I have the same problem. Please help me! I'm getting frustrated.

Hello,
this morning I received a notification that asked me to reboot my pc to install the AVG updates. After rebooting, the audio disappeared, the control panel was not accessible anymore and the pc got much slower.
My pc's model is the following: Acer Aspire 5830TG. Can you please help me finding a solution to this issue? I cannot afford to reset my pc to default and I need it to work properly in these days because I have exams.
I am so disappointed an antivirus I have always used like yours can create this kind of problems!
I am sure the problem is due to your software because I read on the internet also other people have had my same problem, but they could not fix it.
