I am sorry to hear about your loss. For Anti-Theft features to be working, the following conditions are mandatory:
1. Active data connection on your device.
2. Your device should be turned ON and it should not be formatted.
3. Device should be displayed under Mobilation website.

Please login to my.avg.com and check if the lost device is listed or not.

I am trying to locate my phone which has been stolen by some one but avg is not locating my phone… How can I get the number which is been in my phone?
