I bought the Pro mobile version for Android using the Play store. However when i goto check my account details it says I have no paid subscriptions. I had to change my password after i bought the app as i forgot my login, but I think my account was linked to my google account but now it isntso is sort of in limbo. The app works ok and says i have the full version.

Another issue is that i installed the free version on my partners phone and set up anti theft. I set this up with my account details. when i log into the anti theft website, i see the phone there listed but says i cant use the anti theft options from here. i can only use the txt format.
