This is my first time experiencing this type of problem. Since yesterday, every time I try to run my playlist, I occasionally get a notification from AVG indicating that the “Script:SNH-gen [Trj]” threat has been moved to quarantine. Checking the report, it tells me the process was in “C:/Program Files (x86)/Windows Media Player/wmplayer.exe”, but when I check the quarantine, I find it’s empty, and then when I restart the playlist at some random point, the notification pops up again. I’ve already run the smart scan on the entire computer and on the songs I was playing, but it doesn’t show any irregularities.
What should I do? How do I know if I’m dealing with a false positive or a real threat?
