If it is AVG Internet Security, please disable AVG components individually to identify the component that causes the issue & let us know to proceed further.

I need your help.
When try to send a message for skype I can't.
I disable AVG and I can send messages.
I checked and I don't have the app block.

I fixed, I did on rules of firewall, after to app rules and I saw for skype the option block.
I change and now I can use skype
