I am trying to be an AVG supporter. This is my second attempt in a month. After installing a trial version, running everything as suggested by AVG, I have NO sound. This is unacceptable. Can someone please help. I was one click away from purchasing he Cadillac version of AVG.
I am not far away from needing sound for a webinar. Can someone please help me? I am trying to do this through your site, not on WWW. I need help so that I can do my job. I have undone everything that was recommended by the AVG tuneup and restarted the lap time several times. No Sound.

Virginia, check and make sure you did not turn off the sound accidentally on your laptop. It is highly unusual for a program to disable your sound. If your picture of the little speaker on the bottom right of your taskbar laptop screen has a line through it, it is turned off.
