Only tonight I found time to go deeper into the matter. I uninstalled all avg products from my phone, as you told me to do. I can now log in into my account, but the site does not show my products. It does when I log in on my desktop. Apparently the login account on my phone is not synchronized with the one on my desktop. Can you please help me?

You will need to add your Android device by clicking 'Add first device' and fill the details to register it.
You mentioned that you've uninstalled all AVG products from your Android device.
To install the products:
1. Open Google play store app on your device.
2. Search for AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner.
3. Locate and install the Free version of the app.
4. Now open the installed app.
To activate AVG Antivirus PRO version, click this link (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=Activate-AVG-AntiVirus-Android) and to activate AVG Cleaner, refer this link (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Activate-AVG-Cleaner-Android&supportType=home) .
If there is no AVG Account inside AVG app, please click on "Upgrade" prompt and click on three dots at the top right of the page. You will have "Log In" option. Enter the AVG My Account credentials and see whether the PRO version is updated.
If the above steps did not work, please click on "Upgrade" prompt and click on three dots at the top right of the page. You will have "Restore Purchase" option. Please click on it and check if the app is getting converted as Pro version.
