Issues with avg since upgrade to win 10

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If the AVG technical agent said that it would cost 199.00 to fix the issue then it should be our legitimate AVG Go Premium support for a year.
You should have called to the number for AVG Go support which is launched to fix all the PC errors on your system, not only the issue with AVG, so that is the reason it costs more.

ever since updating to win 10, recieved error when starting avg.  after trying everything including downloading avg remover and avg reset, which neither worked, I called tech support for AVG.  after giving control to the tech and listen to him step by step, I was told he could fix it for 199.00.  I was told it was a problem with my registry.  I declined his offer and humg up. I attempted everything else i could, but to no avail.  I downloaded avast and everything worked fine.  I have used and recommended avg for at least 10 years.  I hope that this is an isolated case as i had been happy with them in the past.  Can someone tell me how to overcome this issue?
