I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Yes, we are experiencing issues with activating the AVG Internet Security/AVG TuneUp license which has been generated after 2/15. We are aware of this issue and our development team is working on a fix. The issue will be fixed soon. We do not have any estimated time frame for this, however it will be fixed soon. Yes, we will extend your license once the issue will be fixed. Your patience is much appreciated in this matter.

I ordered the Internet Security, PC Tune Up and Driver Updater Earlier today (2/18). The Driver Software is the only piece which seems to be working properly, the other two are still showing that I am on a FREE version. I have deleted the FREE Versions, re-installed using the link from the My Account AVG Website and still get the same issue (did this three times now). After seeing some other posts this appears to be an AVG issue which is being worked on, so…

Any idea when this will be fixed? Can we expect to have our license renewal date updated once the fix is in place since I cannot get the services which I am currently paying for?
