Also, clarify whether you're connected to the optimal location (server) through AVG Secure VPN.
I am having issues sending emails. They sit in my outbox whilst I have VPN on, but if I turn VPN off, they send. How do I fix this issue?

I access my mail through Outlook.
And yes, it says Australia, Melbourne (Optimal location)
