To know about the modes of AVG Firewall, please have a look at this link: http://avgread.me/1dVjGAf
We request you to choose the mode as "Automatic" so that you won't be getting the allow application popup everytime. All the communication request will be taken care automatically.
To change to automatic click on Firewall component and then to the mode click on change.

Hello Oneal,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The reason you are getting this allow application request from AVG because of the Firewall mode that you have setup on the AVG Internet Security.
The mode that you have setup for your program is "Interactive" - use this mode if you want to fully control all network traffic to and from your computer. The Firewall will monitor it for you and notify you of each attempt to communicate or transfer data, enabling you to allow or block the attempt as you see fit. Recommended for advanced users only.
If you have interactive mode enabled on AVG Firewall then it will popup for any program installation or any communication request for your PC.
