I've already tried to seek help through the form but unfortunately they was not able to help. They told me to write here. I hope therefore to receive a reply to my question as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael,
You can try recover quarantine file, but it is not deleted just modified.
Thanks

Hi ,
Situation explained in a schematic way to be as clear as possible:

Situation :

1) Files in desktop ->
2) AVG detect the files ->
3) AVG encrypt the files , files moved to the folder $AVG sub-folders ->
4) After 1 month AVG delete the files also from the quarantine ->

The files deleted was really important , then how i can recover the files ?

Thats what i have thinked :

1) Use a recovery software to recover (if possible , if the file are not overwrited) the encrypted files (my files but encrypted , situation : "3")
2) Import the files recovered in the AVG folder (whats the folder ?)
3) Go in AVG , look at the list of the files in quarantine (the list its still avaible also after 1 month) and then try now to recover the files.

I think can be a right solution if:
A) AVG doesn't delete the files and then overwrite.
B) The files are not overwrited by others files.

This is just my opinion, but before going to use the software for data recovery and then groped recovery, let me know what you think. What do you think is the solution to this problem? What is the folder where the files may be imported (where they were before)?

Thanks for the Help.

Regards
Michael
