It says "Object is not initialized"

It took the license number. It said it was valid but right after that a new window popped up saying the object is not initialized. It won't let me access AVG at all. I can only reenter the license number, it takes it, then the window pops up again saying the same thing, I hit OK then everything closes out.

After I entered the new license key for buying AVG Antivirus 2015. I had the free version. What do I need to do to correct this?
