You can find the name of the file that is moved to Quarantine.
Those are the files that are infected, if you have those files in Quarantine there will be no issues, it is totally safe to have those files in Quarantine and the virus will be inactive when it is moved to quarantine.
If you wish to delete those files you can very well proceed with it.
