Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for using AVG free antivirus for many years but we couldn't understand the reason for you to quit AVG.
Could you please explain it briefly so that we can improve our program and bring back your trust?

Thanks AVG. We've had a relationship since the mid 90's. You protected every computer I have ever owned. I would carry around a 3.5 floppy because the small download was cumbersome for a 33.6k modem.
However, It's time for me to move on. We don't share the same vision any longer. Over the last year, you've made it clear you're not happy. You've changed. The mobile revolution, and the millions of uneducated users, seem to be your core customers now. I'm actively uninstalling the free AVG version from all my home computers and letting my other 50 plus paid subscriptions expire. A few have expired already and we've found a good solution with an AV that has a solid reputation and is NOT McCrapfee or N0rton.
Good luck.
ps. I made this account out of respect for your service and what it USED to be. Maybe we'll meet up again in the future.
It's the popups same reason everyone else is leaving, are all the AVG employees mildly retarded?
Hello Balasubramanian,
Like AK and all the people on the longest thread on your "support" site have said...it's the inability to TURN OFF AVG ADVERTISEMENTS. Even with the paid versions.
I'm assuming you're a worker bee at a private company and most likely the lowest person on the corporate totem pole. Corporations ALWAYS put the underlings in the line of fire. Telling you what you already know is a waste of my time.
I've have deleted the free versions of AVG on most my comps and I'll let everything else expire. Normally, as a customer, I don't threaten to leave when I'm unhappy...I simply go. Choosing to spend my money elsewhere is how I'm send AVG a message...but don't worry...you have millions more who don't know any better.
Word of mouth made AVG! and it's the same word of mouth that will break AVG. Go read some reviews if you don't believe me.
