AVG Performance is multidevice product and it can be installed in Windows computers and Android mobile but cannot be installed in Mac operating system. On 14th October I tried to purchase upgrade to PRO and paid for this by credit card. In error I think I registered for both Android and Mac instead of Windows 7. I have tried to reverse this without success I think. Can you help? My order number was 701-0273294.
