I can only use and sync itunes with my iphone when AVG internet security is turned off

Enable 'Allow windows file & printer sharing, remote desktop connections (1st 2 options). 

Still unable to use Itune or sync itunes with iphone

Using windows 10 Itunes crashes while AVG internet security is turned on, this has only occurred since last week when AVG was updated along with windows 10 update

Unable to find settings in AVG to allow Itunes to work

In order to identify the component that causes the issue, follow the steps that are mentioned below 'Disable individual AVG component in this article.
Once we identify the component, we'll be able to proceed accordingly.

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Philip.
Please try enabling the 'Internet connection sharing mode' in firewall settings & check if it helps.
(Open AVG - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced firewall - Enable 'Internet connection sharing mode' by checking it).

Hi,

I have disabled the AVG firewall component, still unable to use or synce itunes

The only time I can use or sync ITunes is when AVG is disabled
