Hi,
Since the latest updat and installing windows 10 my itunes account cannot update and I cannot access my music or download anything to my ipod.

It is AVG free and it tells me to contact my firewall provider as it is impossible to update Itunes or for my computer to connect with my Ipod to download new playlists or music downloaded.
