Itunes for Windows

Hello Marcus,

This can happen when the network profile is chosen as Public.
Please open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on "Hacker Attacks–>Firewall Options–>Network Profiles".
If the profile was set as public, click on it and change to 'Private'.
Let us know whether this resolves the issue.

Thank you, but before I do this I would like to know if the change to “private” you suggest could impact the access of my wife’s Apple Computer to our domestic WLAN networks (one 2,4GHz one 5,0 GHz) or the access of our Iphones or of invited guests to those networks.
Kindest regards,

I have iTunes for Windows and Airport service programme installed on my Windows 10 pc. I have a very large music fine linked to iTunes. I have 4  pairs of loudspeakers Apple Airport  Express units  to iTunes via a 5ghz WLAN to my pc. If I start Itunes and select a tune to play I can no longer play it Through the remote loudspeakers. Itunes recognises the Speakers/Airport Express units but will not play through them. After an hour on the phone to Apple support they suggested I temporarily remove/deinstall my AVG Internet security progamme. That solved the problem but now I have reinstalled AVG Internet security the problem has returned. What can I do?

Hi Marcus.
You wouldn't experience any of the connection issues you mentioned by changing the network from Public to Private.
