Hi, I cancelled my auto-renew via the dashboard of my account 7ish days ago (I remember it said I have 9 days left, and it expires 22/1/2019). Despite the fact my trial ends 22/1/2019, I have been charged via paypal today. This is a disgrace and I would like a refund please? Dan
