Hi… so I just received this message that I've been charged by DRI SHANNON IE which I googled to find it's related to your product. I don't even remember downloading AVG… and I searched my pc for it and couldnt find it. Now my laptop is not working well and I haven't been using it much. I can't even start it now. So I don't know where is AVG installed… so please, can you cancell this renewal?? I need a refund.
