Somebody help. I have paid for ten years of AVG tune up but I can't get it activated. I have ten years because AVG keeps telling my I have to buy it even though I already have. I click on activate and it keeps failing. AVG told me that's all I have to do. Can someone tell me how to get hold of someone to make sure it works - or is this a con?
