I've had my AVG Internet Security cancelled without my permission

Hi,
I've been using AVG now for quite some time and have been satisfied with how it's been protecting my computer.

Recently, I was scammed out of a fair amount of money which I used PayPal  for to send the requested transactions, and last Friday I had a meeting with the branch manager of the building society I've also been with for some time.  

The problem that is bothering me right now, is that as he took control of my mobile phone, he went through it cancelling and deleting things I had on there, saying I don't need them.  Besides having AVG on my computer, but not on my mobile phone, as well as having Norton Security on my computer but not on my phone, he deleted the company that I normally send my renewal subscriptions to.  He did this without my permission.

He has also arranged with my bank to cancel my credit cards and debit card and I should be issued with new ones in the next 3 - 5 days.  I have a subscription renewal for AVG BreachGuard due on December 7th 2024 and I'm wondering how will I go about keeping this subscription active.  I do not wish to cancel any of my AVG features as I would like to continue with my subscriptions.

My PayPal account has had a restriction applied to it, and if I wish to use it, then I have been instructed to contact them together with a photo ID.  

Can anyone help me, advise me or suggest anything which might help me to keep my AVG account?
