Janome Digitizer

Hello Charles,

I understand that you are unable to use the Digitizer with AVG. Please disable AVG temporarily in your computer and check if you are able to use this application.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and after which check if you are able to access this applications.

Please make sure you are online and not offline.

We have Janome Digitizer, Windows 10 and AVG. Janome Digitizer only seems to work normally when we are offline (Flight Mode). We need to check out effect of the AVG. Has anyone else had and/or solved this problem?

Thanks for your comments. I managed to temporarily disable AVG and Janome Digitizer worked just fine. This means that I can either work with Janome Digitizer offline, or online but unprotected. Is there any way that I can work with it online and protected?
