Karthikeyan,
I don't think you do understaned. AVG now no longer works on thousands of PCs.
JAWS is a product of VFO Freedom Scientific. It is the #1 screen reader in the world for Vison-impaired people who use Windows. I doubt anyone can send you a file, because they would have to send the programme and that would be illegal. You don't want to solicit pirated software do you? You will need to contact VFO-Freedom Scientific to learn how to make your product work. Their web site is: https://www.freedomscientific.com/

Hello Niral,
We do understand your concern. To fix this issue, we suggest you to send the sample of the file to AVG https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample and we will check the same and add the program to AVG serverr whitelist ?
Thank you
Hi all, MMy name is Niral and I use a screen reader Jaws for Windows which is a screen reader since I am blind. I am using Jaws for Windows version 18 and windows 10. When ever I update Jaws, AVG thinks that there is a virus and it uninstall jaws. I contacted Microsoft accessability department and they helped me add them in the ignore column on my desktop and that solved my problem for my desktop. However, when I go too my lap top, it will not let me add it in the ignore column at all. WE tried this for 4 different times. Then, I had too uninstall it on my laptop and revert too windows defender. My problem is that any products like Jaws or lack word any product by freedom scientific or any accessability software should not be read as a virus. Putting it on an ignore list is like a bendage effect. Too all you AVG workers, what will you doo too fix this problem? I want a fix for the next release.
