Are you able to access Firefox when you disable AVG Internet Security? To disable: Select the AVG icon on your System Tray right beside your clock. Right-click on it and move the slider to OFF position.

If you are able to access it, please disable each component one by one and check which component is blocking you from accessing Firefox.
To do so: Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > drag the slider to OFF position.

avant j'avais AVG 2012 et tout fonctionnait, depuis la maj du nouveau internet security en version d'essai depuis votre site je ne peux plus ouvrir FireFox, je suis sous XP SP3 et Firefox ESR 52.9.0 (32 bits).
Pour pouvoir l'ouvrir il faut que j'arrête AVG !

We request you to configure the AVG Firewall using AVG Internet Security program to check with this issue.

Follow the below steps to configure AVG Firewall:

Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> firewall -> customize -> system rules -> make sure all the task has been enabled.

Again, Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> change all the profiles from public to Private.

Do you mean your Firefox doesn't load when AVG Firewall is disabled? 
Open AVG Internet Security -> Hacker Attacks -> Ransomware Protection -> Blocked / allowed apps -> Blocked apps -> remove if Firefox is listed there and add it to allowed apps. 
Check with the status and if it doesn't work, we have to uninstall and reinstall your AVG product.

I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile (Profils reseau) > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules (regles systeme) > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Firewall with enabled AVG Internet Security/Firewall.
