je possède un abonnement AVG internet security se terminant le 23 janvier 2021 (commande [Order ID removed] de jan 19). Début décembre j'ai reçu un mail me rappelant que l'abonnement allait se terminer et que je pouvais le renouveler. Ce que j'ai fait; (commande [Order ID removed] du 9 dec 20) se terminant le 24 Nov 2022.
Je me suis aperçu que les deux abonnements sont en cours en même temps au lieu que mon échéance soit prolongée jusqu'au 23 janvier 2023.
Ils possèdent tous les deux le même numéro d'activation.
Que dois-je faire ?
