  Yesterday I  began getting this warning- 

no-blok.net-Agent-EDB[Trj]

No matter how many times I shut it down it returns. Like most of the others I've run several virus & malware scans but they find nothing. Can you please assist me to get rid of this. I am using the free version of AVG.

I took a screenshot of the new one I've begun getting today, If I have my protection upto date why is this happening? It will not let me use the screenshot app that you have it gives me an error, this is what happens when I try

I've tried to use a different window, I've tried reconnecting refreshing, nothing but this error. so I will say i have the latest AVG I am up to date...the other error say the following:

newonlinequestions.com
because it infected with URL:Mal
If you send me a link I will attempt to run the logs and send them/it to you. My computer is very slow very slow.

This really is most unacceptable, how do I send you every thing you ask for, then you reply to me as if you've solved the issue when in fact you sent me absolutely no email telling me how to get rid of it. Justwhen is it thatyou tell me how to solve this? How many more days will it take?

I have sent the log, hopefully you can instruct me further.

Do you even read what I've written to you at all? I can not get the screenshot app of yours to operate, it will not open I told you above that it was giving me an error when I tried to open it to send the new pop up screenshot. As for up dates, me thinks  thats a line, because my AVG on both laptops have free AVG and both are upto date and although I ran the updates on both it came back that BOTH were already up to date, so what you say about a DL and that they sent it to fix this then why doesn't it update me? I show the last time AVG updated was 12/21/17, so I find it hard to believe a 'NEW' update has been issued,...where is it and why doesn't it download? There is no email to get the logs either...can you please solve these 2 issues in the next week do you think?
