This is the pop up that continues to appear daily for me as well. How would I go about deleting this or if it is secured, how do I stop the notifications?

Every morning when I open my computer my AVG protection has quarantined this threat.  It appears I need to delete it from my computer but I don't trust all the methods I have found on google for obvious reasons, and one site mentions that not deleting correctly can muck up your hard drive.  So, anyone know how I go about doing this?
